Darwin Dynamics proudly hosted the VLP Model United Nations (VLP MUN) in Mumbai — a three-day conference that brought together students from diverse institutions and academic backgrounds. The event provided a vibrant platform for young leaders to engage in thoughtful debate, global collaboration, and policy-driven dialogue on some of the world’s most pressing challenges. We were deeply honored to welcome Shri Vinay Sahasrabuddhe, former Member of Parliament and distinguished public intellectual, as our keynote speaker. His address on youth leadership, civic engagement, and nation-building inspired delegates to approach global issues with empathy, intellect, and purpose. The name “Ugly Chal” reflects our commitment to confronting the difficult, uncomfortable, and often “ugly” problems that need to be addressed for real change. This program brings together a diverse group of passionate young leaders from across sectors, encouraging them to share their vision, insights, and innovative solutions on a range of policy issues. Through interactive discussions, workshops, and collaborative problem-solving, Ugly Chal fosters an environment where fresh perspectives can challenge the status quo. Participants tackle real-world problems, propose actionable policy recommendations, and explore how to turn ideas into impact.

Empower HER Leadership Initiative Darwin Dynamics made strides in empowering women as polling agents and encouraging their active participation in politics! Through comprehensive training programs, we equip women with the skills and knowledge they need to take on roles in the electoral process. Our initiatives include Workshops on electoral laws, the responsibilities of polling agents, and conflict resolution. Mentorship opportunities, connecting aspiring female leaders with experienced policymakers. Networking events to build a supportive community for women in politics, where their voices are heard. By increasing the number of trained women polling agents, we are not just promoting gender equality at the polls but also fostering a new generation of female leaders. Together, we are challenging stereotypes and creating a more inclusive political landscape.
Model United Nations
Model United Nations Every year Darwin Dynamics hosts Vijaya Lakshmi Pandit Model United Nations or VLPMUN which is a maiden edition and a platform for young orators and debaters to discuss global issues which plague the world. Based in Pune, Maharashtra, VLPMUN aims to host delegates from all around the country and the world, to be the vertex where differing views and opinions meet an amicable consensus.Our vision is to be one of the leading conferences for students to gain knowledge and hone much-needed skills in the upcoming years. Our inspiration, the late Smt. Vijaya Lakshmi Pandit, was a beacon of wisdom and diplomacy, a fraction of which we aspire to inculcate in the future generations through the concept of Model United Nations.
