Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Public Policy Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will conduct in-depth research and analysis of public policies, propose strategic recommendations, and support our clients in making informed, evidence-based decisions. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to influence real-world policy outcomes and contribute to a wide range of projects across sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on public policies, emerging trends, and legislative changes. Analyze their implications on the political, economic, and social landscapes.
• Policy Development Support: Assist in developing, drafting, and reviewing policy briefs, reports, and strategic recommendations for clients.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients, government officials, and other stakeholders to gather input and provide policy insights.
• Data Analysis: Use quantitative and qualitative data to assess policy effectiveness, identify gaps, and suggest improvements.
• Monitoring & Evaluation: Track policy outcomes and evaluate the impact of current policies to guide future recommendations.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and strategic recommendations to clients and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience with policy analysis, data interpretation, and impact assessment.
• Knowledge of the Indian political and policy landscape is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and research methodologies is a plus.
